PARTY RESERVATION INFORMATION
Our upstairs private dining rooms will hold a maximum of 30 guests for your special occasion. (Built in 1939, the private dining rooms are not wheel chair accessible.)
Below are our suggestions and requirements for reservations:
- Call to see if your chosen date is available and if we can accommodate the number of people in your party.
- Provide an exact number of guests expected including children.
- A $100 reservation fee is required for private dining:
1) Cashiers check or money order must be received 10 days in advance. 2) Personal check must be received in time to clear bank. (Usually 10 business days.)
3) Credit cards accepted in person only.
- The actual number of guests must be confirmed 7 days prior to party date.
1) $10 will be forfeited from the reservation fee for each no-show. 2) If the actual number of guests is half or less than the confirmed
number, the entire reservation fee is forfeited. 3) If the number of guests is more then the confirmed number, the additional guests may be seated in another area of the restaurant. (We can not guarantee seating
together if this number is more.) 4) If all the above requirements are met, the full reservation fee (less set menu price) will be refunded the evening of your party.
- If cancellation is necessary, the reservation fee will be refunded in full providing we receive the cancellation notice 7 days in advance of the party date.
Dinner information:
- You may order from the full menu, click here to view our menu.
- You may select your own set menu.
1) If a set menu is preferred, please choose no more then three items. 2) Generally, a beef, chicken, and a fish or seafood is chosen.
3) Appetizers and desserts may also be listed. 4) A special menu with no prices will be printed listing your selections. We will accommodate, to our ability, your requested design, color, and message for your menu.
5) A $10 charge will be added for a set menu.
- Please state who will be the responsible party for payment if the dinners will be one total charge, or if dinners are to be individually. We prefer and recommend ONE CHECK as processing
individual payments and credit cards take additional time.
1) Personal checks WILL NOT be accepted the evening of party. 2) A 20% gratuity will be added to all guest checks.
- Although we do not offer wedding cakes or birthday cakes, we are happy to accommodate a party bringing a cake or having a cake delivered. We will furnish a cake table with dessert plates, forks,
and cake cutting utensils.
- You may decorate the reserved dining room prior to the dinner. Please request a time.
- We serve cocktails, wine, champagne and beer. No alcoholic beverages may be brought in by your group.
Take out service available. We are sorry, but we do not accept reservations for our main dining room, and we do not offer catering or buffet service.
